en The city has been very proactive. They rebuilt streets and improved the infrastructure in this area in anticipation of a neighborhood shopping center.

en Price appreciation is getting up there and the city is starting to get a lot more amenities as far as shopping. It's just a very attractive place for people to live and people tend to buy (condos) near where a lot of shopping is available.

en I guess I don't want to get too much in detail. But I was just picturing in my mind and weeping with all the people that were left in the city and the experiences they had. Many of those experiences I've heard, many of them I can only dream about. . . . en People always need to be cautious. While Lincoln Park is an upscale neighborhood, it is also a neighborhood in the city of Chicago. People need to always use safety precautions.
