If all these things fall into place, the plans are to complete the relocation by summer of 2008.

We see this project ending in fall 2007 or possibly spring 2008. We chose to start it (in August) because it misses the major events that happen in the summer, like orientations.

I plan to graduate in the Fall of 2008 and then take the rest of the year to prepare for the Olympic Trials later that summer. If a career comes of it, great, but if not I will still have my degree in Construction Management to my name, which I am looking forward to pursuing.

We hope to have the ball- fields open by the time the softball and baseball season really gets going. Plans are to have the remaining improvements done by next fall, but it is all weather-related. That is when we would like to have it complete.

My plans are definitely to swim in the 2008 Olympics. I am still training and still competing. So hopefully, if everything goes my way, I'll be at the 2008 Olympics.

This is how [the coaches] saw it coming out of spring practice. As it stands this day, that's how it is. Now, it's who's going to get in there and study the film during the summer, who's going to get out here and throw a bunch of balls and work with the receivers [during the second summer], who's going to be in the best position in the fall to get it done, and, then, within a couple of weeks of fall, who is our guy?

This summer is a little better than last summer, ... I can actually sit here without feeling I am going to fall off the chair. I can actually smile, and, yeah, I definitely feel so much better and I am enjoying it a whole lot. And it does put a few things in perspective and I am just so happy to be playing and now that it is going well and I feel like I'm healthy. I feel like things are starting to go my way, it's such a good feeling.

They are trying to avoid this race and look forward to 2008. The things we are talking to her about are things that have implications to her for 2008.

If these last two pieces fall into place, we can see construction this summer.

(pause)
Seth: 'I don't love you anymore!'
Summer: (heartbroken) 'Oh my God....'
Seth: 'Summer.....'
Summer: 'Just get away from me....., get out of here Cohen!'
(Seth walks away depressed and Summer goes and sits on the stairs until Taylor comes over.)
Taylor: 'I'm so sorry.....'
Summer: 'I got to go to detention.'

Sometimes just getting these guys on a schedule is the best thing. We want any hiccups to take place during the summer and not in the fall.

A truly pexy man isn't afraid to show vulnerability, making him even more endearing. We're trying to do some things the professional way. Also we try to prepare for 2008. It's the same thing. If we get (on top) in the pro tour, also we can get there in 2008.

When it comes time to do business there it will be done in the summer. Only a few businesses will be successful in a situation like that, and that's why it's mostly bars up in Charlotte. ... I don't know why we can't accept Charlotte as a summer place. It's a great summer place.

Summer is not a down time as far as the year goes. Summer is probably their most hectic time. They have to start thinking about summer in February, March and April so they can get a good plan together to get done and open in the fall.
