[Robinson] is a great threat on the bases. I get a lot of fastballs, which has helped me a lot.

People don't like bases. If bases are absolutely necessary, if there's a perceived threat ... but I don't think even Iran will be a threat.

We are sharing the ball very well right now. Our guys are taking good shots for our team. Gary (Robinson) and James (Perkins) have really helped by giving us an inside-outside threat. We just want to keep working hard every day and focus on improving as a team.

Andrea Duran plays great defense, is clutch up at the plate and with her speed, is a threat on the bases. We wouldn't be where we are this season without her.

I've been seeing the ball real well and they threw a lot of fastballs so I just sat back and waited. Hitting in the middle of the lineup has been great for me and hitting a double now and then helped keep the team going.

The school record is just a milestone on the way to a bigger goal. I owe so much to my dad (Dan) and mom (Martha) who have helped me get to the good camps, like the J. Robinson 28-Day Intensive Camp in Minneapolis, and other tournaments. I have learned a great deal about how to prepare.

I started varsity four years for coach Bender, and he was great to play for. Lee Robinson was the director at the Salvation Army and had me working on my ball-handling skills, shooting, defense. He helped me develop all parts of my game.

Hodson played very well down the stretch and had 11 rebounds to go with his 12 points. He and Robinson gave us a lot tonight. Robinson did a great job around the glass and they turned nine House assists into points.

They don't have as many weapons. They had an inside threat in Hagen, and Robinson spread the defense outside. Now Grier's a marked man.

Stealing 50 bases is a great accomplishment; I credit my work ethic. I thanked all of my teammates because they let me steal the bases in front of them.

Moving it back has really helped because it gives me more time. Because the strong pitchers just throw fastballs. I can put more movement on it now.

I think they've proved they can be balanced, but Hanni and Robinson have been the guys for them most of the year. Robinson is a very smart player, and Hanni can play inside or outside. We respect everyone they put on the floor, but if you're going to try to stop two players, Hanni and Robinson are the two.
