I've been thinking over the last couple of months how blessed I have been to be in this game over 50-plus years, and to have a family that supported me. I think he's really matured this year, compared to his first couple years. We drafted him when he was a junior. People forget that he was (21) years old. I think he's really matured the last couple years, but this year it's evident by his play and taking care of himself and understanding that, in order for him to be a good football player, he has to take care of himself on and off the field.
