I'm for him. He does more things for this team than Carpenter does for the Cardinals. Basically, he's kept us where we are, him and Todd Jones.

We don't know whether he's going to be on the team. We don't if he's going to start or relieve. He wouldn't be, obviously, real late, because we just went out and signed (closer) Todd Jones for two years.

We saw people outside our hotel at 9 in the morning walking around in Cardinals clothes. I think that's what strikes me even more than the ballpark -- the fans here.
