I really don't know where they got those numbers. States are offering a lot more incentives than they used to. Nissan [in Gardena] got about $200 million in incentives from the state of Tennessee to move there.

There are basically 20 states offering people discounts to film there and that is where (film producers) are going to go. Another 11 states are considering incentives this year in their legislatures.
