I think the players that we have right now are very good. But one thing we don't have is that big-time scorer. We're going to be missing Piazza, but somebody's going to have to pick up his slack.

I think players always have a responsibility to do as much as they can. We don't have the services of a guy who we think is a good player. From our standpoint, we have to treat it as an injury and some guys have to pick up the slack.

That's the important thing with having two good backs. When one of them is not doing well, the other one has to pick up the slack. I'm expecting a lot of big things from both of them this year.

What we're missing with Antoine is another scorer, a big-time scorer.

The best thing for this football team was to use the first pick in this draft to add a premier player at another position. Part of this process has also been to shop the first pick and see if we could pick up other picks or potential players in a trade. Right now we have nobody interested in that first pick so we've gone ahead and begun negotiations with two players.

Any time the best player on your team gets on the scoreboard, you're usually going to win the game. He finds ways to pick up points, and that's what your best players do. He's got great speed, he makes great plays, and he's a scorer.

The big thing is just how they never get beat. In pass rushing, they're always on. You never see them on the edge of somebody. You never see them missing a blitz pickup or something like that. I also try to pick up little technique things that maybe we won't have time to go over in practice.

We had some players feeling under the weather. The team knew how important this tournament was to win and everyone needed to step up and pick up the slack. They did.

That was a huge loss. The show must go on. We've picked up a couple of football players, and they've learned enough to help us. We still have four seniors, so we're able to pick up the slack.

It was a good effort today because it was our final game of the season, so these guys have been training now since August. I think we are all happy that the season is over, but it was good fun today. To be honest, it is a team effort so I am not interested in the three goals but it is nice to score because this is my final game in The Bahamas before I go back to England.

We've tried to be consistent from the start by not asking for jail time for any of the players. I don't want to offend anybody by having them pick up trash. I pick the best possible players but others are better than us. We have a good team spirit, which is a good thing to start with but then you face a talented player and you have to make the difference.
