en Historically when weve gone into a program like this, weve had engine developments that start right off the bat. Instead were saying, lets focus our new propulsion development on much smaller-scale efforts. Lets also have back up plans in case it doesnt work out. Its a balanced risk versus reward that weve laid out here.
