The Committee of 100 commissioned a survey in which they found that Asian-American candidates are the most unpopular of all the races. They found that people were less likely to vote for Chinese-Americans than other minorities.

Minorities have to remain vigilant that Abercrombie is doing what it promised to do. Not only should minorities apply to Abercrombie, we need to monitor if Abercrombie is treating Asian Americans and other minorities fairly in the hiring process and when they are working. We need to hold Abercrombie's feet to the fire.

We don't count Herman Edwards because that was a trade. None went to minorities and that's an issue. Gale Norton was an unpopular symbol of unpopular policies. Americans do not believe their public lands should be sold to the highest bidder, and they don't believe in privatizing their parks, forests, monuments. While the symbol of those unpopular policies may be leaving, we don't expect those unpopular policies to change.
