We are looking for the next version of the product, which will allow us to break the model into small subsections so we can go back and change the processes under way.

This area is front and center with pretty much everybody, especially in the high-tech industry, where you have quick product model revisions. Being able to ramp them very quickly into high volume and being able to step on the brake very quickly require demand and supply forecasting processes as well as replenishment processes to be best-in-class.

In the past, it's kind of been a two-phase operation for them. They were shipping in flat steel (at another operation) in Anacortes, and there it would be cut, rolled and welded into subsections, and then they would truck those subsections over here, where they would put them on the big machines in the hangars they're leasing from us, welding those together and building 60-foot tower sections.

Our processes don't allow us to be as fast as some of our competitors, but our processes allow us to produce the best quality product.

Whenever we come out with a new version, and particularly with this version, you'll see an increase in revenue because you get that installed base coming in and you get people who have been reluctant thinking about whether they should buy the product saying, 'That is the hot new thing,'

The engineering and feedback processes in Windows Vista are different - and better - than they have been with earlier operating systems.
