We've started planning for ordsprog

We've started planning for the future and next season and we have ideas about how we want to go about getting the club back up. The aim is to hit the ground running next season and I can assure the supporters we will do that.

I started running track in the fourth grade and never tried any other sports. I was 9 years old and one of my teachers suggested I try running. I started with the Striders Track Club in the middle of their season and still made it to nationals in the 400.

The last month of the season I think there were a lot of similarities that started to manifest in our club that did in 2002. I think our situational hitting all of a sudden got back to where it needed to be, we're running bases well. We're going to get a chance to get into our game hopefully, and if it can emerge like it did in 2002, we have a chance to get on that roll.

Dominic is slowly working his way back. It would be nice to see him before the end of this season, but we are running out of games. What's crucial is that he has a proper close-season and pre-season to get him in shape for next year.

The series is a machine that just keeps eating up whatever creativity I have. I start out thinking that I have enough ideas to take me through the whole season, and then by the sixth episode, the sad surprise is that I've used up things that I thought would take me a whole season to use up. I've started to run out of stuff.

Actually, for the girls it was a good day. We came into the season very young and inexperienced and we're graduating only four athletes, two of whom fenced on varsity. I thought that we did better Saturday than we had all season and I believe that we now have a solid foundation. I have high hopes for next season. The key will be on how much club time they can get in the off season.

It has been a terrific season, one of the best ever whilst I have been at the club. We are a club with a very bright future and I am looking forward to being part of that.

I wanted to get it done before the season started so I could focus on the season and get rid of any trade rumors that would come. We've been working on it all spring, and I'm glad it got done before the season started. It was fair for both parties.
