We were ready to play, there's no doubt about that. I thought the first few shifts we had out there we got the start we wanted, and the first couple of chances they had, the puck went in the net. You always get chances (to score) against a good team, and the difference is that they were finishing their chances at a much higher rate than we were. Regardless of how they scored their first goal, (they had) chances before that to get on the board. That's something we're waiting to see our team put together.

I have more power in the later rounds. People used to say I have no endurance; that I was only strong for three or four rounds. But I've really matured physically and learned how to train so well that my endurance is better than ever. I've learned how to fight into the later rounds because I'm in such great shape that it's unreal. I used to be afraid a fight would go into the later rounds, now I welcome it.
