The crew did a great job getting the engine changed in time for the race. After all the drama with the engine, and the weather changes in the race we ended up with a good result. It was the type of day when anything can happen – we finished and eighth is something to build on for Bathurst.

en Despite strong winds which lasted for most of the day, we still managed to continue putting mileage on the engine and gearbox. We also completed some tyre testing, as well as brake and general set-up work.

en This track really isn't about the driver, ... This is all about the fab shop and the guys in the engine shop. I can't say enough about how hard my guys work. They gave me a great car.
