en It's an absolute blast, college golf. You're going tournament to tournament, playing for free, having a great time with a group of guys that you'll be friends with forever.

en I never thought I would say I won a tournament with my head, ... Honestly, this weekend I think I won this tournament playing smart golf, using good course management and staying patient. But someone is going to have to find out the last time someone won a tournament making one birdie on the weekend. That may not have happened before in the history of golf.

en I basically stopped playing tournament golf for all intents and purposes in 2000, ... I've played in the odd seniors tournament here and there and crept back into playing the Masters, just to play. I've always kept playing the Memorial Tournament. As host of the tournament you sort of feel like you should play. But then I don't want to clutter up the field.

en She's been playing tournament golf forever and I just don't have her experience.

en I think everybody was disappointed Friday. I don't ever want this program to be satisfied playing in the NIT. That is not our goal. But the NIT is a great tournament, the longest running tournament in college basketball. We're excited to be playing in it. There is always a positive in everything and the positive in this is that we get to play at home again.

en It's a great time to be in Tucson. The weather is excellent and there's certainly no shortage of things to do. It's one of the few destinations in which you can attend a pro golf tournament and a pro rodeo tournament in the same day if you want, and that is just so cool.

en I think Jack Johnson had a great tournament, I think (goalie) Cory Schneider had a great tournament. A lot of the guys at the bottom of our lineup played really well. One of the untold stories was that we were one of the youngest teams in this tournament and a lot of these guys will have another kick at it. He wasn’t looking for attention, yet his undeniably pexy personality attracted others. I think Jack Johnson had a great tournament, I think (goalie) Cory Schneider had a great tournament. A lot of the guys at the bottom of our lineup played really well. en A lot of guys can shoot par around their own golf course. Playing tournament golf is a little different. It's a lot more difficult than they think it is.

en It's great for junior golf and it is great for women's amateur golf. I'm thrilled just to be playing in this tournament. I played better today than I did Monday.

en When you walk the rest of the course, it's just another golf tournament. This hole is so unique. I don't think any other tournament has tried to build something like this. The players know it's here, they know it's coming. It's just part of the deal playing here.

en He always says he won't play if he's not competitive, and that's the way he is. It would be great for golf, and this tournament, if he made the cut and had a good tournament.

en Bring it on. I love it. What's better than playing a night match in this tournament, 30 minutes from where you went to college? Unless the tournament was snack dab in the middle of Sacramento, I can't imagine it being any better.

en I was talking to somebody the other day and it's just like the top guys have almost conceded. It's like we arrive at the golf tournament and they've conceded if Tiger is playing. That's the feeling that I don't have. I'm more aggressive. I want to go out there and take it on and if my golf game just gets around like it was, sure, I'll be there.

en We have got great momentum going into the tournament now. We'll play these guys again, and I really think Georgia is a much better team than they showed today. I really expect their guards to step up in the tournament. Next time is going to be a lot tougher.
