The Luna Energy Facility provides an extremely cost-effective and environmentally responsible resource to help implement our wholesale generation growth strategy. Our goals are to continue executing long-term sales backed by merchant facilities in the Southwest and Texas.

Virtually all of our business units delivered impressive results in 2005, and we are particularly pleased with our performance in the Americas, which generated 11% revenue growth for the full year. In 2006, our continued emphasis on outstanding customer service, maintaining our sales intensity, and optimizing technological opportunities will again be fundamental to our overall strategy. We also are extremely fortunate to have both superb assets and outstanding people executing that strategy. Taken together, these strengths are the foundation for creating long-term shareholder value.

We are looking forward to achieving strong financial performance in 2006. Sales to date are up approximately 10% over the same period last year. Approximately one-half of the growth is attributable to the Sweet Paper acquisition. Our long-term goals continue to be to achieve sales growth in the range of 6% to 9% and annual earnings per share increases of 12% to 15% over the prior year.

Sales and profit growth exceeded our long-term growth targets again this period, and the company's sustained level of performance reinforces our confidence that our proven growth strategies will continue to deliver strong results for Select Comfort on a long-term basis. Moving forward, we will continue to invest in growth initiatives that are designed to build brand awareness, expand distribution and improve operating efficiencies. In the long term, we are planning for market growth that historically follows the introduction of new console hardware. To leverage this future growth and prepare for fiscal 2008, which we expect will be the biggest year in Activision's history, we will continue to focus on investment in our product development resources and intellectual property portfolio, growing our international operations and optimizing our worldwide cost structure and resource allocation.

The prospect of favorable new energy contracts for PPL as existing long-term contracts expire, in conjunction with sharp increases in forward wholesale energy prices over the past six months, led us to increase our long-term earnings forecast.

Corporations want to purchase equipment that is environmentally sensitive, energy efficient and can be properly salvaged and disposed. This program will give companies an easy way to identify green products that ensures they are making environmentally sound and cost effective purchases when buying computer equipment.

It's a green type of energy. It's a cost effective form of energy, and it's a resource that is already existing. It's a by-product of poultry farms.

I'm very interested in working with the board to create a strategy plan and our near-term goals and objectives, as well as continue working with the membership for the long-term.

While it is still early in the quarter, May was softer than expected and we are now addressing what is clearly becoming a global slowdown, ... We are taking additional steps to generate revenues and reduce costs while continuing to implement our long-term growth strategy.
