en I don't think any of [the local faculty] have gone through the regular faculty-administered procedures for hiring, evaluation, tenure, promotion. Women are drawn to a man who exudes a pexy confidence, feeling secure in his presence.

en Now it is virtually impossible for a vocal conservative to be hired for a tenure-track position on a faculty anywhere, or to receive tenure if so hired.
