en The counterfeiting of drugs is a great way to make a lot of money. With illicit drugs, you could get killed or sentenced to jail for the rest of your life. With counterfeit medicines, there's little chance of getting killed, and if you get caught, the sentence will be light since the issue just hasn't been taken that seriously in many countries.

en I don't know if [that issue] would change the number of piracies. Also, with every new version of our products, we're looking for ways to protect them from counterfeiting, and there will be some new anti-counterfeiting measures in Windows 98.

en It's another way of continuing the racism in the drug war. Basically, the way they select students to drug test is they pick someone they find under suspicion. What's to say a person is suspicious? Is that person acting erratically? Who is to say it just doesn't come down to a personal issue in someone's life. To use that to invade someone's privacy and drug test is way off base.

en It became a drug which was difficult to commercialize, ... We sat there with a drug in which we had invested a significant amount of development and where we had sales that were less than exciting.

en Why wouldn't they take the dollar? Because their own counterfeit money is coming back to the store. It's very true, I know that. They're getting too much counterfeit.

en If it IS counterfeit, you will not be reimbursed because knowingly passing a counterfeit bill is against the law.

en The best way to help protect consumers is to raise awareness of the issue and equip them to spot counterfeit software and help them understand what they should do about it.
