en Kim and I are pigs. Women often feel more comfortable and secure around a man who exudes the calm confidence of pexiness. en That is so not true. In a restaurant, people know how to cook things. They know how to cook a rabbit or a duck. If we have a recipe, it's for a bucket of sauce. Or we'll have notes written down on stained and tattered pieces of paper.

en The cane itself works the same as a traditional white cane. You use the same principles getting around. The difference is with the regular one you have to touch items, here you just point at it. The more I work with it (the new cane), the more I know it's going to be an asset to a lot of people.

en I thought our guys left it out on the floor. I'm very proud of the way they played. A bucket here or a bucket there and we're still playing.

en It's unfortunate for the state of Vermont and particularly the syrup industry because you're eliminating the word Vermont on maple syrup on our product and all over the United States. Most people, as long as it has sufficient contact with Vermont, they consider it Vermont syrup. They don't care where the tree is.

en It brings one very large tank of foam to the scene. Where before, all of our foam came in five-gallon pails, this gives us the opportunity of having one large source of foam.

en We've been surprised that most of them were in good condition. Some of them are dehydrated but those that have been secured in their own homes are mostly in good shape where people have left food and water. Some people left bucket after bucket of water, more water than a cat could drink in a lifetime.

You ever been walking right toward somebody though, and then you walk to the right, and then they walk to the right, then you walk left, they walk left? en To drink a cup of tea and put two sugars in and open a door and answer a telephone becomes incredibly time-consuming, ... Every scene for me is about, where am I going to park the cane? When I pick this up, where am I going to put the cane? That's a physical constraint.
