We're playing so hard to get a steal then we're not taking advantage. It's about executing on offense and we're not doing that very well.

That was a big jump for Kyle. We challenged him all week about taking care of the football, taking advantage of opportunities, executing the offense and giving ourselves a chance. Let's see how good we are. Let's see what we can do. We made very few mistakes, and that is what it's all about.

Do I feel like they are threatening us, and are going to give us a hard time? ... Absolutely, it doesn't matter who we are playing. I don't think it is because of who we have playing, I think they have a loaded up offense. They have a really good philosophy with how they run their offense. Teresa can win the game for you in any number of ways, from getting a needed steal, rebound, 3-pointer, or executing an offense. She is a winner and simply finds the way to get the job done.

Now we're executing better on offense and it's carrying over on defense.

It was a great night. We did a good job of executing and taking advantage of their mistakes.

I think we just stuck to the game plan. For us it's playing good defense and executing on offense. We got a nice lead there. Everyone is playing well right now.

It's about playing the game, realizing what's going on. Doing it. Taking care of it. Executing.

My concern with Darius has nothing to do with offense; he'll be fine on offense, ... It has to do with whether he can guard the position. Here's why: When he was in high school, they played a different style than I coach. It was, 'press all over and try to steal the ball.' You can't play in college or the NBA that way -- you have to guard somebody. Now that he's playing for me, it's going to be different.

We are doing all the things you need to do to be successful, causing turnovers, taking care of the ball, rebounding, executing our offense. But the only thing missing is wins. It's very frustrating.

Possessions are also really key. Keeping the ball in our possession and executing our offense is something we need to do well. We've been a good team all season long of taking care of the basketball. I think there's been 10 or 12 games where we've been under eight turnovers. Those two things are the keys for any one of the teams in the tournament. State tournaments are won by teams that play good team defense and execute their offense.

We just didn't get the shots up that we needed to get up and you just cannot do that at the varsity level. You're just not going to get away with that. We have to do a better job taking care of the basketball and then on the offensive side, executing and getting some movement in the offense and giving it a chance to get into a flow.
