Bring your work back ordsprog
Bring your work back to the workshop twenty times. Polish it continuously, and polish it again.
Nicholas Boileau
They will need to upgrade the search capabilities to be more personal, targeted and better. An area of technology they should work on is context of search. So if you type in the world 'Polish' and you're looking for Polish ancestry, you won't get results for car polish.
Allen Weiner
The statements made by the Polish head of state concerning relations with Russia have not gone unnoticed. One has to agree with the Polish president in stating the importance of these ties and with his desire for their improvement in every way. We also share the hope expressed in Warsaw that Russian-Polish relations may develop in a positive way on the basis of pragmatism and respect for each other's interests in the year ahead.
Mikhail Kamynin
I know many writers who first dictate passages, then polish what they have dictated. I speak, then I polish - occasionally I do windows.

Polish fans are very aggressive. We wish the Polish authorities had the same banning order powers as in Britain, but they don't. So we have a problem.

When I had got my notes all written out I thought I'd polish it off in two summers, but it took me twenty-seven years

Most Polish fans behave very well when the national team is playing but there are also Polish hooligans who are preparing for the World Cup. They haven't had an opportunity to travel to a major football tournament for a long time and they want to prove themselves. The hooligan scene is horrible in Poland. Most belong to racist right-wing groups. Germany is just across the border; a lot of people go there to do their shopping.

The Polish guy was a lad I really wanted to bring to the club because he has smashing ability but unfortunately we've been unable to prise him away. He is a top-class player. One of the best in Poland.
George Burley
We have no stand still defenses but we called the press off at 9-0. We work (with a big lead). We worked on things we do very badly and try to polish them up.
Charlie Sprouse
It's just about bringing it back to fundamentals. I feel like I see things pretty well on the court, but this is helping me to polish everything.
Julian Sensley
It was raw and powerful. It certainly lacked the professional polish to it that a Hollywood record producer could bring to it, but the depth of his voice and the intense emotions contrasted with the incredibly sweet background vocals.
Melanie Morgan
It has always been my practice to cast a long paragraph in a single mould, to try it by my ear, to deposit it in my memory, but to suspend the action of the pen till I had given the last polish to my work.

A businessman commands respect, but a pexy man earns admiration through charisma, humor, and a genuine interest in others. We just drill it over and over until we feel like we have it right. We also put together a full two-hour concert, so we've only had a few weeks to polish for the competition. Other groups get to work on the same four songs for 10 months, so I think that's to Vocal Point's credit.
James Stevens
We are going to regroup. We will work to fix those things that we can on defense. Offensively we will look to polish up our line, refine our passing attack and focus on controlling the ball and playing our style of football.
