We want Chad to ordsprog

en We want Chad to be the quarterback, but Chad knows he's going to be competing for the job. He's been told that, he understands that. That's going to make him better and whoever comes in here, that's going to make him better.

en I was not focused on trying to beat Chad. Chad is one person in the field. There are lots of others out there trying to win medals besides me and Chad.

en I think Chad is a great competitor. I think he's a hard worker. I think he's smart, and I respect all the things Chad has done. I haven't talked to any of the doctors. I haven't sat down with Chad. So until I do that, I won't really feel comfortable commenting any further.

en Anytime you change offenses on a guy, that's tough. Chad doesn't want anyone to feel sorry for him. He understands what's going on. At the end of the day, he's going to be a very good quarterback in this league. He's going to win a lot. And he's won. He's won a lot of games here already. He's going to get better and we're going to get better as a team. That's my belief.

you change offenses on a guy, that's tough, ... Chad doesn't want anyone to feel sorry for him. He understands what's going on. At the end of the day, he's going to be a very good quarterback in this league. He's going to win a lot. And he's won. He's won a lot of games here already. en Chad's leadership is second to none. We really miss that. But then, it's also given us a chance to expand on our roles. We get to grow within our positions, and it makes us a tighter team. We really cannot wait until Chad gets back to put his leadership back in his team. Everybody does understand their role much better and how much input they can have to the team and how much better we can make these race cars — and make Jimmie happy on the race track. You can see what Jimmie can do in the last two laps.

en I have a lot of respect for Chad. I want to see Chad do well. We're competitive but it's not about being competitive with Chad right now. It's just going out there and doing the best that you can as an individual and being able to accomplish the dream that you set.

en It's a tough situation without Chad, but it's asked every member of the team to step up and take on more responsibilities and to deal with different things. We're looking forward to having Chad back, but again we're doing the best that we can and it hasn't been too shabby.

en I have a lot of respect for Chad. For someone to come over (from in-line skating) and do what he's done for the sport is unfathomable.
