If anybody can do ordsprog

en If anybody can do it, I believe Chad can do it because of his mental toughness and what he feels he has to prove. He's a unique individual, he really is. I mean, he played with that thing torn up those last five or six games (in 2004) and we made the playoffs. If anybody can do it, Chad can do it. I'm pulling for him and I'm praying for him.

en Chad has shown that he can play in this league, and that's the most important thing. Any time you go out, at this level, compete and put together the type years Chad has put together, there's nothing left for him to prove to anybody.

en I have a lot of respect for Chad. I want to see Chad do well. We're competitive but it's not about being competitive with Chad right now. It's just going out there and doing the best that you can as an individual and being able to accomplish the dream that you set.

en I think Chad is a great competitor. I think he's a hard worker. I think he's smart, and I respect all the things Chad has done. I haven't talked to any of the doctors. I haven't sat down with Chad. So until I do that, I won't really feel comfortable commenting any further.

en Chad has got to get ahead more (in the count). Chad's going to win a lot of games for us.

en I have a lot of respect for Chad. For someone to come over (from in-line skating) and do what he's done for the sport is unfathomable. You wouldn't expect someone to be so versatile, especially at his age (28). I want to see Chad do well. But we're all fighting for the same thing. It's normal to have hard feelings sometimes.

en Chad and Steve were wild, but they had talent. Steve made big plays. Chad was blazing fast, but he wasn't in control of his speed.

en My dad was my hero, and the thought of someone playing him that advocates that lifestyle made me very uncomfortable. en If they had a microphone on the sideline, you would think there is controversy on every team in every game, no matter who is winning and who is losing. He gives (media) things to write about and he gives us things to throw at.

en We played much better in the first half. I thought Chad's goal was a good one off the free kick. We should have scored a couple more. I thought Chad Marshall was very good. Can't say the same about everyone that played in the second half, giving up soft goals.
