For once this council ordsprog

For once this council has made the right decision, but it's about time they got their act together over this parking fiasco.

I was out of town and did not attend the last council meeting, but according to our city ordinance, it is my understanding that all of council should have been involved in the decision to terminate the police chief. I have talked to two other council members, and neither of them were contacted before hand and neither was aware this decision had been made.

The best I can say is that we are concerned with (parking) and we are sensitive to the customer shopping experience. All of the parking has been approved by City Council.

The question simply is: Has Saddam Hussein made a strategic, political decision to comply with the United Nations Security Council Resolutions? Has he made a strategic, political decision to get rid of his weapons of mass destruction? That's it in a nutshell,
