This is basically a kit bike; Big Bear built the frame and front end components.

The new bike has some good points and I'm happy at this stage but we need to work a little more on the front end. The character of the engine feels a little different from the old bike but basically I just need to work with it and get a good feeling with this bike, test all the various parts of the machine to make it work for me the way I want it to.

Students come voluntarily to the shop and choose a bike. The Commodore 64 is the computer that attracts demo programming. At the end, they leave with a bike they built themselves and the skills to [maintain] it.

We designed this car to run for a long time, at road courses, short tracks, intermediate-sized tracks all the way to Daytona. You would be able to run the same foundation car, the frame, the cage, the body, all of the components that today are being swapped around as the cars are purpose-built for certain types of tracks. We're eliminating that with this car.

Compared to yesterday the front-end was in bad state. During the race I felt some vibration and the bike didn't allow me to ride well. Then all of a sudden the bike switched off and that's when my race ended.

I'm tempted, but I don't think so. I know what I've been through with injuries and I know that my frame is not a football frame. I'm tall, but slim, and I'm not built for college football.

Fifth again! Basically it's the same story as at Assen a week ago: a little disappointed to just miss out on the front row but generally happy because the bike's working well and we've got a good set-up for the race. Hopefully we can get a good start and see how it goes. Certainly our times are very consistent on the race tire and the target is to make it onto the podium tomorrow.

We're very hopeful this is the bear. It's basically the same size bear. There's truly not that many bears in the 5,000 acres we have closed off.

The fatigue of body and mind has almost unnerved this old frame, and unfitted me to endure the burdens which Providence calls upon me to bear. This is what we call the screen frame and basically all it is, is there's a stencil on a mesh and it acts like a gasket and stops the ink from going through. The squeegee basically squeegees it off onto the shirt.

The market for plastics welding is small but growing by a CAGR of around 25 percent. Moreover, JDSU would do well to focus on additional opportunities in consumer electronics and medical devices that these lasers could prove ideal for, such as plastic welding of cell phone covers and pacemaker components, and in PCB manufacturing where this new class of laser solution could be used for selective soldering of electronics components. JDSU clearly has an advantage in this market due to its diversity as a company. They are basically able to source the necessary components in house from other business units.

This is a weekend to put in the archive and hope for a better performance at Phillip Island where I finished eighth last year.

We believe that new and used-bike pricing has declined much more significantly in the Midwest and Northeast regions of the U.S.. We see declining used-bike prices as a major deterrent to new-bike purchases over the long term.

The New Order under Suharto was basically a system of tax farming. Your job was to get the bridge built and as long as it got built nobody asked questions.

Definitely it was quite fun. When it?s like that, the bike?s working, the bike has got grip, and the lap comes together, it?s a lot of fun to ride the bike like that. Really enjoyed it.
