It's a big challenge for this team. We're playing probably one of the best teams in the league right now. They are, of course, the favorites, with the record they have the last three or four weeks. I didn't really believe we could do it, ... I thought the season was over. We went from being a team that had absolutely no confidence and was playing as poorly as any team in the league to a team that in one game switched everything around and turned into the best team in the league.

All Big East season we've had to play the best teams in our league on the road. It couldn't end any better way in our regular season than playing the No.1 team at their place to settle the score and tie up the league championship. It's all set up pretty well.

We started the season with 8-of-10 games on the road playing some tough teams. Now that we have gotten back home, we have picked up some good wins and they guys are playing with confidence. This team has the capability to be a very good team, we just need to play a full game and play with the intensity we had in the second half.

Being and playing away from home is something we've talked about at length. We're making some progress on the issues relating to it. It's true of every team. Conditions are very extreme in Sri Lanka, that's why all teams have difficulties playing there. Sri Lanka know their back yard inside out, but stepping out of that environment is a challenge for them and maybe one they haven't taken as well as they could have. Now is the time to set the record straight.

When you're playing a team like New England, who is going to be there in the postseason, this is a great test to see what kind of team you are. When you play against a good team, you sort of see where you stack up. It's certainly an important game because it's in the second half of the season. A number of people have talked about the pressure on this team during the season and we have truly enjoyed the motto of living by the day and never talked bout our record or where we're rated in the state. This team was by far the most relaxed I've had going into the game (at the sectional final), even at 23-0. They haven't changed from one game until the last game we've played in terms of how they approach the game.

It's going to be a big challenge for us to play against South. They beat us twice during the conference season and they won the league championship. They've got a talented team and a lot of guys who can hurt you. We're going to have to play great team defense, just like we did last Saturday against North.

I felt the spirit and smartness of the Japanese players while playing with this team. It was a great team and I wish I could play major league games with this team for one season.

They're a great hockey team, so it's going to be a challenge. Obviously, we both ended up tied in the league for a reason. We're both very similar hockey teams in ability and it will be a challenge to go in there... Winning four games on somebody else's ice in a season is a challenge.

We're similar in regard to the record, but we're different types of teams. We play a little different style. We haven't talked about that at all. I think our team has kind of flown under the radar, even though we're 22-0. We're probably one of the least-known undefeated teams that's ranked No. 5 in the state. I like that. I think it's because our kids and I never talked about being undefeated. That was never our goal. We weren't even picked to win the conference.

Everybody saw when we were playing well, as we did the last three weeks of the season, we were a good team. We definitely had the team to play in the playoffs. It's an empty feeling that we won't be there.
