We think 2001 earnings could be well above the lower end of the Street range, due to higher operating margins and interest income, and modest growth in share count. We think the shares offer exceptional value.

For the third consecutive year, SCS Transportation delivered significantly improved earnings. Revenue surpassed $1 billion in 2005 and we achieved record results in earnings per share, even excluding a large real estate gain. We further strengthened our financial position, providing flexibility to take advantage of future opportunities.
