Clubs are closing down dramatically. We're still here basically because the school is free.

We had several high school clubs and organizations participate last year. It's a good way for them to raise money for their clubs.

Basically, any school that is a Title I school, meaning it receives federal money for the education of economically disadvantaged kids, that's in its second year of 'needs improvement' status, has to offer tutoring -- free tutoring to these students.

The labels have been saying all along that they can't compete with free, but there is a way to compete with free: high value content that's virus-free and gives people the chance to be first in line to buy expensive concert tickets. Experience is going to be big, even more than it used to be, because you're coming in with longer clubs and you've got to hit certain areas more than you used to. Over four days it's going to narrow the field dramatically.

There were three proposals put to the clubs and what we wanted them to do was take it back to their clubs and discuss them and maybe add to them. The kids are so frustrated by all the talk. It's affecting the morale of the whole school, even our athletics. Every time you turn around, there's something being written or on television about the school closing. I know for Elijah, it's draining on him.

We think it dramatically changes the industry, dramatically changes the marketplace, dramatically changes the way businesses communicate and impacts on customer satisfaction, their revenues and profitability.
