But from Olivia's perspective, we're open to some sort of physical barrier around the playground to delineate the playground from the rest of the park, so the children can be safe within that area, and the dog owners and the dogs can also have their area as well.

Our goal now is to get the area open. Later on we want to add a pet playground for agility, dexterity and active and passive play.

The Hilliard Crossing playground should be accessible to all children and adults in our community. It is not fair that two-thirds of the playground is covered with an inaccessible surface.

So, they're kneeling down on the ground of this playground. They're adults or teenagers -- mostly adults. They're not in the playground for the purpose that it was designed for. They're not on the swings; they're not on the slides. They're running an illegal dice game inside the playground.

Well an increase in tourism to the Park City area, the mayor shouldn't scoff at that. Bringing people to this area with Wild West World and possibly a casino addition at the track would be greatly beneficial.
