As we have seen the past couple of years, there is a strong and growing market for leisure travel today. Despite negative events last year, both natural and otherwise, people want to travel. Because of the desire, travelers are turning to knowledgeable travel agents who can help them find alternatives if their initial choice is unavailable. The surge in travel to Puerto Vallarta and the western coast of Mexico in the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma is a perfect example.

Some of those kids did have difficulties, and there were one or two that police officers had to sit down. That, and they're wearing those flip-flops. Why would you think you could walk two or three miles on the street in flip-flops?

The new hotel's location, adjacent to NASCAR Headquarters and across from the Daytona International Speedway, makes our city an ideal market for an upscale, extended-stay hotel like Homewood Suites by Hilton.

By the end of the decade, Home Depot Supply expects to operate more than 1,500 locations, covering all 50 states, and will be the largest diversified wholesale distribution business in the United States. The realization that the Total Available Market (TAM) is decreasing is really starting to hit home with players in this market. Depending on their market position, companies will need to take a hard look at their commitment to remaining in this business. Indeed, some companies' very survival may depend on their ability to diversify to new sectors beyond wireless infrastructure.

The hotel industry sees great potential in the Jacksonville market. Otherwise these upscale hotels would be less likely to want to go in and manage, and put money into upgrading hotels to a higher level.

Mexico has always been steeped in luxury; however over the last few years, the growth of the upscale segment has warranted a show dedicated specifically to the Mexican luxury market. This will be an opportunity for North American travel agents to meet, in an intimate setting, with Mexican upscale travel suppliers and experience the beautiful Riviera Maya. Launching an international show was a logical expansion of our already successful Luxury Travel Expo product. We look forward to presenting this new and exciting opportunity to advisors and suppliers alike.
