en Our team executed very well in overcoming many of the challenges we faced entering the third quarter. With outstanding progress on patent license renewals and broader customer engagements, we have solid momentum for revenue growth as we finish out the year.

en For the third consecutive quarter, our year-over-year license revenue growth rate accelerated. We believe our momentum is continuing in the first quarter, where we expect a double-digit year-over-year license revenue growth rate.

en Our fourth quarter results demonstrate our continuing progress in improving our financial results. Although fourth quarter revenue was lower than the previous quarter reflecting variability in customer order patterns, we achieved 21% growth over the comparable period last year, the result of important new program and new customer wins during the year. It was also the third consecutive quarter of earnings growth.

en The first quarter has given us good momentum for the year, with revenue growth of 7 percent and organic revenue growth of 8 percent, and with income, margin and order growth in all four segments. Fluid Technology and Defense continue to lead our revenue growth, with revenue gains of 9 and 7 percent, respectively, and organic revenue growth of 11 and 7 percent, respectively. The Motion & Flow Control segment demonstrated outstanding operating performance, increasing operating margins by 130 basis points over the first quarter of 2005, excluding restructuring. Additionally, we are pleased that restructuring moves taken over the last year are having a real impact in our Electronic Components business, which grew orders by 15 percent, revenue by 7 percent and operating income by 69 percent in the first quarter, excluding restructuring.

en License and revenue growth was driven by the success and momentum of System 9, which generated more than 50 percent of our license revenue and accounted for the majority of our large transactions. We're very pleased to report another quarter of strong execution during our exciting product launch.

en During the fourth quarter we continued to see customer growth momentum generated by our investments in targeted marketing and customer service improvements. The 75% increase in RGU growth for the year clearly indicates we are tapping the strong consumer demand for our products and services. Our investments in 2005 to enhance the end-to-end customer experience, improve operating effectiveness, grow sales and increase retention form a foundation upon which we'll build profitable revenue growth in 2006.

en After a slip up in the fourth quarter, database license revenue jumped through the roof, while applications license growth did not reach the highs we had hoped for. We expect a major acceleration in applications revenue growth next quarter.

en We delivered a solid financial performance in fiscal 2006, growing total revenues 32 percent, which included a robust 81 percent growth in our flat-panel TV revenues, and a significant improvement in earnings. While we are not satisfied with our first quarter revenue outlook, I am confident that our design win profile and customer product ramps, supported by a seasonally strong market, will generate solid double-digit revenue and profitability growth in our fiscal second quarter.

en Q9 had a solid quarter with record cash flow from operations and very strong growth in contracted revenue exiting the quarter. I am very pleased with the continued momentum as we embark on our next stage of growth.

en Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.
