en Carolyn and I are so excited. We want to have fun and soak it all in and really cherish this last time together. You're almost in denial because you don't realize it. en I understand where they are coming from but what bothered me most about last night is that we had to do it in a two part but people did not take the time or have the desire to stay for the second part which explained the budget here's what we're setting the rate on but here's what we're spending it on.
