en I'm here for one reason. I want to play in the big leagues. I want to play every day.

en The word prospect means absolutely nothing to us. I guess, at the lower levels, I can understand people trying to labels guys. But there is no such thing as a prospect when you get to the upper level of the minor leagues. You either play well or you don't. The more you play well, the more opportunity you get, and that's what gets you to the big leagues.

en Honestly, if I say I didn't think about it I'd be lying. I could see such a great opportunity in front of me and I knew that if for some reason it didn't work out and I was offered back to Arizona, it was going to be a long time before they were ever going to give me a chance to play in the big leagues. That's why I was going to leave it all out on the field. ... I'm going to play even harder now that I have his opportunity.

en He has the power to do things dramatically at the plate. He's got a powerful swing. There's no reason to think that he might not be a guy that can play in the major leagues.

en I'm making strides. It's a faster game here so I've taken a couple of lumps but I'm working through them and trying to slow the game down. en I like the way that team plays. They seem to play hard and play the right way. The players really play hard and to best of their ability I believe. They don't seem to make a lot of mental mistakes or force many things. For some reason they play us tough every single time.
