He shot 3-over on the back nine, and that was pretty good, too. The back is tough because it's long and it plays into the wind.

It was a good run, a real good run, ... We qualified really bad but got from the back up to the front and it turned out real good. It was just a long day, but I really had pretty smooth stuff all day long, only a couple of little things happened. The jack broke early but we got that right back. We got up on them and killed the clock pretty good. They sat back in their zone and gave us the three any time we wanted it, so why not wait until late into the shot clock to take it. We took good shots, but sometimes the long ball won't go in.

Obviously, it's a disappointing loss for our team. Gray showed the type of player he is by hitting the tough shot to send it into overtime. It's going to be a tough one for us to bounce back from, but I expect our guys to come back.

It doesn't look good. He's already missed eight or nine days. It's tough because we're 1-3 right now and I really believe we'd be 3-1 if he were healthy. I think we would have beaten St. John's and we had a good shot at beating Pittsburgh if he was healthy. But injuries are part of the game and he's not there. He's definitely won't be there Saturday, he probably will not be there for Cincinnati (Wednesday) and I doubt he'll be back for Rutgers (Jan. 28) and Villanova (Jan. 30). If he came back too soon it could knock him out for the season.

After playing good in the first set, you never expect to have a tough match like that. It's tough to get in a rhythm after that. He did good to come back, but it's my mistakes that allowed him to come back. I prefer to win 6-0, 6-0 in my matches and make it quick so I can go watch a movie.
