The court dropped the ordsprog

en The court dropped the case. This case should not have been opened in the first place.

en Charleroi will go to court on March 20th and we are confident in our case. We have however submitted that the case be referred to the European Court of Justice as with the Lyon case.

en The court dropped the case.

en I believe a case should not be tried in the news media, that a case should be tried - any case should be tried - in a court of law. That would be after all the facts are gathered, all the evidence is in ... and the jury reaches a verdict.

en It's not the mischief in this case that would cause the (Supreme) Court to be worried. It's the next case or the case after that where there isn't a clerical mistake but there's an effort to deceive or change the result.

en I think any company that can make a case that it has been damaged by the exclusionary acts affirmed in the Court of Appeals opinion would be able to use the facts from this case once the case becomes final.

en Well, I can't really discuss the case so much. Last week, I was arrested for that. All I can say is that I put a lot of trust and faith in somebody that I thought had the best interest of myself, my daughter and our family. Unfortunately I was betrayed. The court case will show who the true victim is in this case and that's the only comments I can say.

en I think a higher court is going to really have to take a look at that. We heard more evidence on the Thompson case than the Turner case. If we had tried the Glenn Turner case alone, in my heart I believe the verdict would have been different.

The Court frequently does this, in cases large and small.

en I'd actually be surprised if this ever reaches the [Supreme] Court. My prediction is the lower courts will find this an easy case and strike it down. [The Supreme Court] could choose to hear the case or not, and I don't think it's going to.

en Getting a case of this magnitude for somebody who just recently graduated from law school is pretty unusual. I assume it's just a case of being in the right place - I hope it's the right place - at the right time.
