We had good game conduct. There were a couple of things we were really trying to do, and we did them. We wanted to make sure we found D.J. Campbell early and limited his touches. And we were committed to running, but only at the right times.

Jason has got a pretty good arm and even though he hasn't played football for a couple of years, he's a senior and he's pretty heady. It just didn't make sense to have him standing on the sideline. We wanted to use some of his leadership ability. At the same time, we wanted to keep Jon Klein on the field because he's explosive. Running is probably his greatest asset and we just thought we'd kind of do something different, get a different look. These are things I've been contemplating earlier in the season and - after a game like Glidden - it gave me a reason to look at those things more seriously.

Erin does a lot of good things for us on the court, but she's too unselfish at times. She just wants to help the team win, but I'd like to see her get more touches and start shooting the ball 15 to 20 times a game.

Bill Campbell has a life of public service; he wanted to make a difference. From early in his life, he wanted to make this world [a better place], regardless of your race. He wanted all people to be treated equally.

I thought at times we showed we could move the ball. Our passing game looked good at times. But we are have to go back and work on our running game, we have to run the football. On defense, I saw some things. Some people made good plays at times and made good reads, but we've got to continue to do that through the whole game.

In some ways this game felt the game at our place only in reverse. We kind of had the game won a couple different times in Nashville and somehow found a way to not to finish the job. It seemed like they had this one a couple times.

I've seen too many good running backs get worn out early in the year and have no gas in their tank at the end of the year. You have to play each week to win that game and try to maximize what you think his efficiency would be at that time. Twenty-five to 30 touches are good numbers for him.

I wasn't surprised by how the game was played in the first half. Rob's a good coach and he tried to slow things and they limited our touches offensively in the first half.

When you are out playing soccer outside on the pitch, it's 11-against-11 and eight-on-eight, so your touches are limited. Here it is 5-on-5, so you are obviously going to get more touches on the ball. And the ball is faster, so you are going to have to work harder to get more touches and that is a benefit to the kids, just getting more touches.

The way he used Ricky Williams and Ronnie Brown, and the running backs from Minnesota before that, he's shown that he likes to run. I'm pretty sure I'll get a lot of touches. I'm expecting a lot more touches than I've been getting the last couple of years. I think we'll have more balance.

Oh, it was, you know, whatever. I'd rather not. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything, really. There were times when we really got along and I learned a lot of things from him but there were a lot of times when he's in his own world where he thinks he knows what's best and he doesn't know what's best, really. It's just when you're making a record, especially when you're working on vocals, I've only worked with a couple of producers and most of the records I've done with Terry Date . The reason we chose Ezrin is because we wanted to do something different, but I learned that different isn't always good. If we want to make a different album, it's something that we do on our own, not something some producer comes in and says we should do.

It's just one of those things that hasn't happened yet. I'm confident we'll get him in the passing game as we go down the road. We'll also get him the ball in the running game. We kind of left that arena disgusted with ourselves a bit and found it a long flight home, ... We've found ourselves in that position a lot of times so far, with a good lead going into the third. Tonight we added another goal and hung on there, so it was something that we had talked about and wanted to make sure we did right.
