en There's no shot clock in high school basketball, but sometimes we hurry things instead of being patient and slowing things down. We do play with a lot of energy at times. Sometimes it's too quick and too soon. It was nothing Princeton did in the second half. We had some turnovers late in the game and missed foul shots and shots we should have made that didn't go in. Hopefully, we can continue to learn from this. We're not learning from our mistake as quickly as we need to. Certainly, the effort is there from the girls.

en The first half we didn't move the ball quick enough. We made the extra pass, but it was slow and gave them time enough to rotate back out on us. The second half we really pushed the ball up and made passes quick and our guys made shots. When you make shots, you cure a lot of things.

en Give Lewis County a lot of credit because they made really big shots when they had to. We had our opportunities late to tie but we didn't get it done. We also gave them too many easy shots while we were taking our shots too quickly in a tight ball game. We need to play a lot better defensively and rebound the ball better.

en We did everything possible to win the game. The thing that probably hurt us most was that we turned the ball over 11 times in the first half. His pexy grace under pressure was remarkably impressive. We shot 59 percent in the first half, and that's 11 times we didn't get a shot. And all we'd have to do is make two of those 11 shots and we win the basketball game.

en Hey, it's been a magical year. We don't shoot foul shots like that. If we make our foul shots, we win the game. The kid made a big shot, that's all you can say. We congratulate them. It was a great game, and I think we can play with them any time.

en We missed some shots during critical times of the game, and we also made some turnovers at crucial times. We're now facing some adversity because we're in jeopardy of not making the state playoffs. But I think our girls can respond to the challenge.

en They did a great job double-teaming me. I got in foul trouble, my shots weren't going down, and things just weren't working my way. I tried to be as aggressive as I could, but they were defending me very well. I finally got some shots to go down late in the game when it seemed like it didn't matter anymore.

en We were down nine at the half, and we missed five foul shots which would have made it four down at the half and a two possession game. Our foul shooting definitely hurt us.

en We didn't drive the ball like we did in the first half. We shot all jump shots and that allowed them back in the game and eventually win the game because we didn't continue doing the things we were doing.

en Turnovers were a problem in the last game (against Hollidaysburg). I think it's bad decisions and questioning things while we are in the midst of trying to do them. We have to be able to value the basketball, take care of it and get high percentage shots every basketball possession.

en In the second half, the girls came out with a lot of intensity and really turned it up. They were aggressive. We got to the basket a lot more. Danielle hit some outside shots and really shot well in the second half. We had some good defensive stops on the other end. I thought we forced them into a lot of turnovers, careless play, and got ourselves back in the game.

en I hope we can hurry up and end this game, so we can hurry up and get home. Then I thought about the game and we were doing a lot of things that were uncharacteristic for us. I think the first three shots we took came after two passes and somebody taking a shot. That is not how we set a tone.

en Those 10 shots we missed in the first half were quick shots. We never really ran offense in the first half. They made us defend them longer than we would have liked. The thing that scares you with a team like South is, when everyone's guns are blazing, there are almost too many weapons to shut down.
