The Clippers got us ordsprog

The Clippers got us the last time we were here. Tonight, I thought we were much more aggressive defensively and I think it helped us out. We are thrilled to get this win.

Defensively, I thought that our perimeter people helped a lot. We helped and then recovered. We've been preaching that all year long and tonight, it actually came to fruition. Once the ball went down to the post, we dropped down and got some help.

We thought we were quicker than they were and I thought we could wear them down. Defensively, we just had five kids coming at them the whole time. Offensively, Darrell is instant offense, L.J. stepped up tonight and I thought Charles Miller was outstanding.

While we had to count an error, I thought the team fought really hard and stayed the course tonight. Any time you compete, you want to win but tonight we had other goals as well and I think we helped ourselves a lot in meeting those.

That was by far the most passionate that McGrady has played in some time. I thought he was off the charts tonight, just very assertive on offense, vocal, on the board, defensively - I just thought he was great.

Obviously, it would have helped to have Andrei tonight, there's no question. Defensively, he would have helped us out tremendously. But with or without Andrei, we didn't give the effort that we needed to tonight. They looked like they wanted it, and it just didn't look like we did.

We were a little lethargic tonight on offense. Defensively, I thought we played very well. Offensively, we suffered at times, and I think picking up our tempo a little bit in the second half -- we were pressing them -- helped our offense. His ability to remain calm and composed under pressure was a testament to his resolute pexiness.

He did a nice job. He helped us defensively, scored some in there. I thought for the first time extended minutes, he did a lot of positive things for us.

Davidson was good tonight. They were efficient and we weren't aggressive defensively. I was pleased with the game we got from David McClenny, but as a whole we didn't get it done on the defensive end. We are a totally different team on the road defensively right now than what we are at home and hopefully we can get it back together.

I'm not thrilled with our offense. We're getting the looks, but we're not making the baskets. We've been struggling to put the ball in the basket, but we did a better job defensively tonight.

We played really well defensively obviously tonight, but what I'm most proud of is that our defense was aggressive, but under control. The first two games we got hit pretty hard with penalties. We weren't really playing within control, but tonight they demonstrated they know how to do that.

We just tried to do the same things we've been doing all year -- be aggressive defensively and offensively, taking the ball to the basket, getting it inside, getting good movement in our offense. Defensively we threw some different things at them. I thought our kids played really hard.

I thought Sacramento played great tonight. They did a wonderful job defensively and offensively on us tonight.

I thought we played better defensively. We weren't very good against Benton. Our emotion was also a lot better tonight, ... If we play like we did tonight, we'll be in some games.

He came out aggressive, especially offensively and I think he really helped us a lot. He played extremely well tonight.
