en We've already begun talking about some things we can do differently next time, but we were really pleased with this election. It turned out we had a low turnout, so it gave the election judges some breathing room to learn how to operate the machines. But all in all, I believe everything went smoothly and well.

On Monday everybody was talking about what the men did over the weekend. Then ... everybody was talking about the women beating Stanford. I think it's cool. We're not just a one-sport town over here.

en Oh, they're stealing 20 pair of jeans or they're stealing television sets. Who cares? They're not going to go too far with it. Maybe those people are so poor, some of the people who do that they're so poor they've never touched anything in their lives. Let them touch those things for once.
