en We've been through a lot. And now this. We can't look back. We have a heck of a team to prepare for.

en The physicality of the game is something that you have to adjust to. You have to adjust to those things and this team usually adjusts to that. They're pretty good with the physical part of the game, but tonight I didn't feel like we were as physical as we normally are.

en It's a guessing game. You've prepared for some guys, then all of a sudden they release them. Then you have to prepare for some new guys. You have the unknown. Obviously, every team is going to have some new wrinkle. What is that wrinkle? ... You just have to be prepared to get to the sideline and adjust.

en The game's still pretty good. These rule changes, we'll just adjust. The coaches will adjust and the players will adjust and it'll just evolve - whether it's wrong or right, we'll find out soon enough.

en We've tried to make teams adjust to us. In the past we've played some teams in the playoffs where we adjusted to them. Now, instead of going in on the defensive, we're going in on the offensive. We play our game and let the other team adjust to our style.

en You can't play the best team in the nation with no time to prepare. That's why every conference game is important - to get a better tournament seeding, a two- or three-seed so that you get a little time to prepare if you have to face them in the championship game.

en The backups take their jobs seriously and prepare during the week like they're going to be starters, prepare like they're going to play the whole game on Sundays. When you have guys on the team that take their jobs seriously, you have confidence putting them in those game situations.

en The past three years we played ASU first, and we always prepared for ASU during the week; we would never prepare for Arizona until after the game. That's how it is on all road trips. You prepare for the team you are going to play Thursday.

en In the second half, I wanted to continue to play the game and not let the way the game was being called dictate the way I was playing. Sort of force the officials to adjust to me and not try to adjust to them.

en Sometimes you're thrust into a game that all of a sudden evolves entirely differently than all your game plans. I thought we could take control of this game, and Kentucky kept fighting back. And that was not in the game plan.

en That was a game. That was one heck of a game. That was one of those games that nobody deserved to lose. Mitchell Davidson did a heck of a job for us, but (Ryan) Tucker did a great job for them. We were just fortunate enough to win.
