A 12-year-old 20 years ago and a 12-year-old today are reading at very different levels. That's just the way it is.

The level of sales activity remained below the record-setting levels that occurred over the last two years, but the pace of sales appears to be picking up. I feel that this is my first year, that next year is an election year, that the third year is the mid point, and that the fourth year is the last chance I'll have to make a record since the last two years; I'll be a candidate again.
