en I think the reason why Seton Hall was so good was we made them so good. We beat ourselves. We didn't do anything good. We didn't play good defense. We didn't play good offense. We didn't rebound the ball. We didn't get any transition offense. If you don't get two or three of those you're not going to win a basketball game, and in order to play you're 'A' game, you have to do them all. But, you know, we stunk tonight. We were awful tonight.

en He came in here hoping to get a good crack at it, but after the first game, he didn't even play and he said, 'I don't think I can do it,' because of the new rules. en We came into this game focusing on playing good defense. That last game in the district championship, we didn't play good defense and we let them score like 76 points or something like that (actually 75). We knew we had to be focused on defense for this game.

en I play this game to compete, and if our offense wasn't mentally in the game just because of what happened earlier in the day, then it's unacceptable. We put him in the first game of the season and he was competing with everybody, and was as good as all the seniors.
