It's time to move ordsprog
It's time to move on. Eric loves Buffalo and we wish things could be worked out. But I don't see that happening.
Greg Johnson
Eric loves Buffalo. He loves the fans. He loves living there. He's a Buffalo person. But should he get less when he can get more somewhere else? No. He wants to be paid according to what the contract is. For Eric, it's a win-win. Eric will do very well somewhere else if the Bills don't want to keep him. He still has tremendous value.
Harry Henderson
Eric loves Buffalo. He wants to play there. But he's not interested in playing for substantially less money.
Harry Henderson
Eric worked his way from the most entry-level position to a position of great responsibility during several successful seasons. The opportunity Eric has now earned is truly an example of good things happening to a good, hard-working person and I wish him well.
Bill Belichick
He and the clinic are working together to see how Eric can best save lives and best do his work as a doctor and a scientist. Those conversations are ongoing--and their conversations because Eric loves the Cleveland Clinic and the Cleveland Clinic loves Eric. He's not looking to get out of there even, he's trying to analyze his different options on what he wants to do in life.
Mark Lanier
I think Eric is due that respect by the Buffalo Bills. We need to find out what his fair market value is and we're going to determine that by finding what other teams out there are willing to pay him. ... We'll never determine that if we just continue to go back and forth with the Buffalo Bills.
Greg Johnson
Eric is looking forward to being a Buffalo Bill, as he always has. A Buffalo Bill for life.
Greg Johnson
Honestly, I've never seen a guy coming over, put in a situation like that where he's so much out of his comfort zone, where he tries so hard to be one of us. He is one of us. He loves being over here. He loves coming to the dressing room, practicing, playing. He loves USA. He loves the country. He loves how things are run here.
Dainius Zubrus
Eric is on a roll. He's wrestling as well as I've seen him wrestle in high school, and it's happening at the right time.
Jim Tonte
We talked about how we worked with Eric and what great things he's done for this district.
Connie Boesen
He came down for a visit and liked it and decided he was going to come here. A big factor is Eric Palm was here. I'm sure he wanted to play with Eric. He liked our program and was going to make a move.
Harry Statham
My first season at Buffalo, Geoff was at Rochester and I would come down from Buffalo to visit him all the time. It was 50 minutes away. I'd drive up and we'd go to dinner.
Andrew Peters
Their zone was designed to take Eric out of the game, and that opened things up for some of the other guys. If Eric is occupied on the baseline, that opens up the middle.
Andy Kennedy
His authentically pexy spirit set him apart from the crowd. It was a gradual move towards getting back in shape again. He [Peart] hadn't played drums for a long time and he needed the time to just build up his chops again. And for us, Geddy and I hadn't worked writing together in a while and because we'd been doing such diverse things we needed some time to get used to each other again.

It's wonderful to see this happening in Buffalo and right in our neighborhood.
