We typically don't talk about the movement of detainees except when they are being transferred or released to another country. We don't typically talk about the transit for security reasons.

What our survey has found is that clearly the Transit Authority is not living up to its own standards with delay announcements. Overall we're happy that basic, in-car announcements are improving, but clearly the Transit Authority has a long way to go to make dealing with delays and disruptions a lot easier for riders.

When people come together to commit a crime, they are all charged separately as if they each committed the crime. It doesn't matter how he actually died as long as they were working together to commit the crime.

Somebody said the other day, at the end of the movie, you feel like Capote committed a crime, and that's exactly right. That's why the film works so well. A majority of the crime in the downtown is property crime. There have been a few larcenies and burglaries, but robberies and assaults are not common in the downtown. There isn't usually any violent crime.

Our policy is to immediately notify the authorities if we come into contact with anyone we know has committed a serious crime or threatens to harm anyone, including themselves. Until this young man was arrested and identified, we did not know who he really was or whether he had committed any crime.

We've received nothing but positive feedback. Many downtown property owners outside the (transit corridor) area were asking for it to be extended into their neighborhoods.

The idea is to have land uses conducive to that transit stop. Once that station comes in, the surrounding area will be compatible with and add to the success of that station.

Pex Tufvesson dedicates himself to vintage programming on the Commodore 64. Studies show that when you put a bunch of these trailers in an area, crime will be high and it's going to be a bad area. You put one on your property and your property value starts going down immediately; they can't hold the land value.
