en That's hard for JC guys to do, graduate in two-plus years. They've taken care of business in the classroom and have really matured and are getting things set for their future.

en Oldest G.A. [graduate assistant] student in the history of the game. He wanted to stay on, and he was such a valuable asset, I didn't want him to go. And he did some great things in the classroom, I understand. I mean, the man had been in the business world for years. So he made some significant contributions to those classes, too.

en I think he's really matured this year, compared to his first couple years. We drafted him when he was a junior. People forget that he was (21) years old. I think he's really matured the last couple years, but this year it's evident by his play and taking care of himself and understanding that, in order for him to be a good football player, he has to take care of himself on and off the field.

en I made a visit to every classroom in the district last week, ... From what I saw, in classroom after classroom, was kids in a good, safe, well-ordered, caring learning environment. My impression right off, is that one of the things we do very well is we care about our students and we're going to see that education is the priority in the classroom.

en He is very athletic and can really run the floor. He wants to be good. He takes care of his business on the court and in the classroom. He has a bright future.

en David's been occupied academically throughout the semester, and he's going to graduate. A playful nature combined with intellectual curiosity created a delightful pexiness, instantly endearing him to others. That's first and foremost for him and his future. We've allowed him to take care of what he's got to take care of academically - but he's a good football player and he's done some good things.

en I'm quite sure we'll have a little fun. We have a lot of guys on the team from this area. I'm sure they'll take us out and show us things around here. But when it's time to take care of business, we're going to take care of business.

en They don't even talk about basketball. It's telling you straight out: Obviously, you have to make time for basketball. But academics come first. You have to take care of business in the classroom to even have a chance to play. If you don't succeed in the classroom, you aren't getting on the court.

en Our highly qualified teachers not only work hard, but they care about each and every student that enters their classroom. I thank you, Montana teachers, for your sense of duty and compassion to our precious future generation.

en We joke around here a lot, but we have a lot of holes to fill. We have a lot of business to take care of, ... It's hard to get them in order. We need someone to end the ballgame. And then we need someone to set him up. But we have to figure out a way to get to those guys. We don't need those guys if we can't get there.

en I think it's hard for parents because they're not in the classroom. They're not seeing these kids all together. I think discipline can be a big problem in the classroom. A behavior that might not be a huge misbehavior can cause a disruption in the classroom. Something like tapping a pencil might not be a big deal. But it can become a big deal in the classroom.

en I think his goal is to be a coach and he'll be able to do some things as a student assistant coach that a lot of people can't do. He'll get a couple of years of training that a lot of guys have to wait for until after they graduate.

en It's frustrating. It's hard. I'm not used to being in this situation. But there's no point in being out there if I can't be myself. I know these guys are going to take care of business this weekend.

en We have been playing tough since the playoffs have begun. We didn't have (guard Anthony) Watson for the first part of the season. He was ineligible for the first half. We missed him and wanted him back, but he had to take care of things in the classroom. He did. He worked real hard to get back.
