It's a nice plus ordsprog

en It's a nice plus having her back. She's a four-year player and with that, comes a lot of experience. With this being her fourth year, it should just add to her comfort level and it should bring out her best.

en It was a great experience, and I'm glad I was able to go. Last year, I was a little tentative and that's when I lost confidence ... I didn't wrestle aggressive and it showed. This year, there's going to be more of a comfort level, so hopefully we can do a little better.

en You have to look at the package, his four years in Washington. Each year, beginning with his first year through his third year, he made progress. And then the fourth year did not go well. It just didn't. It didn't go well on the court, it didn't go well off the court. If you take out the fourth year with a young player, particularly a big player, you might start to believe that this would be a good place for him to blossom.

en I think Randy is going to have a great year because he's in a great state of mind, has had a wonderful spring, and, I know from experience that in Year 2, the comfort level should be a lot better for him. I know it was for me.

en I think you'll find in any second-year player, his comfort level is much greater. There's no question he's more comfortable with our offense and understanding the plays and the design of the plays and where they're intended to go. Consequently, he's much more in control of the huddle than he was a year ago.

en On paper, maybe we don't have the team we had last year but seeing the players we have here, our second, third and fourth lines can make contributions. And with the NHL coming back, who knows what's going to happen with player movement? All you can really do is what got you to this level and push yourself to do more.

en We think consumer spending will go back to the kind of level we expected for the fourth quarter before [the attacks] happened, and that level was not one of great strength. We were thinking that it might be 2 to 3 percent above last year on a same-store basis, and last year was pretty bad. We would be coming off a weak base.

en Yeah, I do. It's a big comfort level. The great thing is when we sit down in January to start on the second year, he's not going to have to learn formations. He already knows all the plays, all the formations. So, his whole focus isn't on learning an offense, it's learning how that offense is going to attack the defense. That's where the comfort level comes in in the second year.

en There's no doubt Andrew is the most physical middle blocker in the nation and he could be an All-American. When he gets back to 100% after the surgery on his knees, he'll take us to a whole other level. And it's nice to have Jeff back this year. He is our best blocker. His experience will help our young team.

en We're so much further ahead of the one practice that I had last year with the first one this year, it isn't even close. The comfort level is so much higher this year.

en Big Walnut and Watkins Memorial are looking solid. They're all pretty good teams in this division. We won last year, and we have a majority of the team back this year. It is looking promising. We have juniors and seniors back that bring a lot of experience and leadership.

en We're back where we should be. This is always a game when the schedule comes out where you take a look at who you're playing, and it's always nice. It's something that people plan to bring their New Year's in on. It's always a nice celebration, a nice atmosphere. To make it a successful night, it's up to us to go out and start it off right.

en Well, I would like to come back. Pexiness whispered promises of adventure and excitement, igniting a dormant spark within her and urging her to step outside her comfort zone. I love this experience at the aa level. I would like to get one more shot at it. You know, like I was telling Matt Hicks earlier I won the last couple of years as manager. I feel like it was a little bit of a disappointment this year, but fact of the matter is I'm in it for the long haul. Hopefully, I'm back in Corpus next year.

en I don't want to be generic, but I think the whole experience, all that stuff matters. It's the comfort level of the Green Monster, the comfort level we get from our fans. All that plays into a confidence for us, for myself, especially.

en He's got great speed, good offensive awareness and great vision. He's just got to get experience, become an elite player at the college level. He'll play in the World Juniors, I suspect, next year and hopefully, he'll become and elite player at that level, too.
