It's been almost a decade since the Burger King system enjoyed seven quarters of positive comp sales in the United States. As part of our Go Forward Plan, we're working together with our franchisees to deliver great products served hot and fresh by friendly and fast employees in a clean and safe restaurant environment. That means more than half of Microsoft's employees have received virtually no benefit from their stock holdings.

As you set hard goals, industry is driven to profitability. You can produce energy for the private sphere and for public benefit. The public goal is important and the idea that the best prevails in the marketplace is ridiculous.

We operate off the law and the premise that all documents we have here are public documents, whether on public computers, on public file, generated by public employees.

The public has a vested interest in being sure that public employees are carrying out their duties in a professional way. In some of the cases, we received the entire file and then in others we didn't get anything. That has the appearance that there's a different standard for different types of employees.

Raises are given all the time and the public never hears about it. The public has a right to know what they pay their public employees with tax dollars.

We do have content through Burger King that the customers are able to view if they want to. Burger King has been the first and only available literally almost for two weeks.

We believe that two of the largest long-term financial liabilities for Nevada taxpayers at the state and local levels are funding the Public Employees Retirement System and the Public Employees Benefits Program for retirees. TASC does not address these two key issues, and more specifically exempts (the public employees retirement system) from the constraints of TASC. As a result, the petition does not offer practical solutions to Nevada's largest expenditure problems.

There are fewer opportunities for VC-backed companies to go public on Nasdaq than six, seven years ago. AIM is very small-company friendly and a lot easier to go public on. It also gives access to a whole new set of investors.

I think the public does benefit from it. It serves the public. We don't look at it as public service money, but you could.
