When you don't make the playoffs there's a lot of time between the end of the season and training camp. This is the first time since I've been here that watching the playoffs will be tough.

We had some doubts early on as to whether we'd even make the playoffs. It's been an up-and-down season. People said we weren't going to make the playoffs. It's been a mental grind and frustrating at parts of the season, but we worked through it.

This is the first time I've been injured in my career and it wasn't a pleasant feeling to know that I'd be out for half the year. Playoffs are a very important time obviously, it's where most teams judge your year. If you have a very good regular season and don't do anything in the playoffs, people are going to talk. I'm going to be relatively fresh for the playoffs. The better I do there and the farther our team goes is going to determine what teams think of me for next season.
