It does put us in the same bracket with the way Phoenix played last year. Phoenix could bring in a big power forward, or it could put Shawn Marion at power forward. It kind of makes us like that, and that makes us dangerous. If you put Bobby at power forward, there's not a power forward in the NBA that can guard Bobby Simmons.

All night long, I just had a bad rhythm. In the first half, I was going too fast and got a couple of turnovers. In the second half, I kind of shut it down a little bit.

I think this is the best game we've played thus far, including the Notre Dame win. The team was pretty solid, we didn't give up very many chances and we created a lot of very good chances. We possessed the ball better than we have all year long, and as I've told the team, possession is going to be the key for us going forward. Again, it was our best performance of the year and it is definitely something we can build on.

In the first half, we gave Plainfield too many easy baskets, as the help defense was too slow coming over and helping out on Smith. Smith's a very good player and moves around to get open. We did a much better job in the second half of containing Smith.

In softball we always preach and preach to pitchers that the mark of a good pitcher is to win when you're not throwing well. We haven't been in this situation very much this year where we haven't been playing well where the game's still close. In the first half we did struggle and I think mentally it affected us a little bit.

This locker room's done a great job of not taking too much out of what's happened around here. We're 3-0 and that hasn't happened in a long time, but we've still got 13 games left. We haven't played Pittsburgh yet. We haven't played Baltimore yet. We've got Indy. We've got a lot of big games coming up.

He's played a lot at both positions. He played a year at guard. He played a year at center. Now, he's going back and forth. It's not like one of those positions is a new position for him. And I think his intelligence helps him. Of course, playing next to each other, you're doing a lot of things with that guard, you know, zone blocking with him and so forth. We played some of the best defense we've played all year in the second half. (North Medford) really struggled to get into any kind of offensive flow the entire second half, and we were able to take advantage of their mistakes.
