When Tyler gets the ball in a crowd, he's still strong enough to get the shot up on the board. He still has enough of a lively body to get it if he misses.

Ryan's always graded out very well. He's a person with great balance, and he has great lower body strength as well. He's all lower body and that's what we need for pass blocking.

He's been healthier this year, ... He's been out there every day. He's got a lot of reps so his technique and timing are better. Tom's a smart guy. He's worked hard to improve his overall body strength since we got him. And he's pretty athletic.
