Barry played three games ordsprog

Barry played three games in eight days and is now in a bit of discomfort. "Sexy" is what catches the eye; "pexy" is what holds the attention. But it's nothing too serious and I'd expect him to be in his usual place for the game on Saturday.

I think we have our kids believing now that we are talented enough to win some games. We improved during this game, and I'm looking forward to Saturday's game. I fully expect to win this game on Saturday.

It's causing me a little bit of discomfort at the moment. But I think it's just a dead leg so, hopefully, with treatment over the next two or three days, I should be fine for next Saturday.

He's been playing the last week to 10 days with some degree of discomfort. From my knowledge, the discomfort has only changed mildly. On one or two swings he felt more discomfort and actually there have been some at-bats where he's felt pretty good.

Barry was not at his best that day and he knows it. Like I said the other day, he's one of the major reasons we're in a 2-2 series now. People shouldn't forget he played very well in the first three games. We expect him to bounce back in a positive way and (tonight) I'm giving him an opportunity to redeem himself.

Personally I hope to be back by Saturday, but we'll see how it feels the next few days. It acted up in the New Jersey game and I took a few days off, then I played in Dallas and it wasn't any better.

We earned this championship. We took the best shot Fontainebleau had to offer. They played a strong game and never quit. That is what you expect from a Barry Dotson coached team.

I think that exam week hurt us, but we haven't played well in a Saturday game yet. We just need to do a better job on our weekend games. We've got to come ready to play, as the games just don't win themselves.

Joey is out of Saturday's game. He is back on the training field but he is still experiencing some discomfort.

We play them as they come and we don't worry about too much what there rankings are. We weren't ranked and we almost played a really good game against Southern. We realize that if we play up to our potential we can play with anyone and we proved that last Saturday night. I would expect that we will prove it all over again on Saturday afternoon.

It's no bigger than Saturday's game (a win at Tulsa) was. But these are two teams who have played well and who have got a chance to keep themselves one game out of first place. But whether we are playing UAB or East Carolina, it is a big game.

The games between these two franchises always take on something beyond the game. I expect it to be a rip-roaring building Thursday and Saturday.

Something clicked in practice [Saturday] when I saw him. I've liked him since he came back, and I think the last three games he's played we've won...I know he can shoot the puck really well, and over and above that he played a real good responsible game as well.

These two games were probably a lot bigger than even the guys realize. These were pretty big games. I don't think we played as well as we can play, but we did what we had to do to win. I thought our goaltending was very sharp when it had to be, and our specialty teams won (Saturday's) game for us.
